Cancellation Policy
✨ Permanent Jewelry Event Policy Walk-ins are welcome at all pop-up events unless otherwise stated. Pre-booking is recommended for priority service and may include exclusive promotions. Pricing varies based on chain selection and customizations. All sales are final. Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and non-refundable. If your chain breaks within 30 days due to a welding issue, it will be repaired at no cost. Repairs after 30 days or due to normal wear may require a fee. Clients must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and complete a waiver. If you have a pacemaker, medical implant, or metal allergies, please consult your doctor prior to receiving service. For private events, final guest count and details must be confirmed prior to the event date. Payment terms vary based on the selected package.
