Cancellation Policy
✨ Permanent Jewelry Booking Policy Appointments are by booking only unless otherwise stated for pop-up events. Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited appointment. All sales are final. Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and non-refundable. If your chain breaks within 30 days due to a welding issue, it will be repaired at no cost. Repairs after 30 days or due to normal wear may require a fee. Clients must be at least 10 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and complete a waiver. If you have a pacemaker, medical implant, or metal allergies, please consult your doctor prior to booking. Prices vary based on chain selection and customizations.
