Permanent Jewelry Repair Appointment

Service Description

At Just Breathe, we understand that life happens and sometimes your permanent jewelry needs a little love. Book this appointment for a re-weld, charm exchange, or replacement. 🔗 Re-Welds If permanent jewelry purchased from Just Breathe comes undone and you still have the original chain, we will re-weld it at no charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a $25 re-weld fee will apply. 💎 Charm Repair or Exchange If a charm is found to be defective without signs of wear or tear, it may be exchanged for the same charm at no charge. If you would like to select a charm of greater value, you will only pay the price difference. Charm exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Refunds and exchanges for lower-priced charms are not available. 💫 Lost Jewelry Policy If your jewelry is lost within 30 days of purchase, you may repurchase the same chain for 50% off. After 30 days, replacement pricing will be based on the chain’s current tier: Breathe, Balance, Strength, or Radiance. If you no longer have the original jewelry piece, please book a new Permanent Jewelry Appointment. 🔗 Jewelry From Another Business Permanent jewelry installed by another business is subject to a $35 repair fee. This fee will be waived if you purchase a new Just Breathe permanent jewelry chain during your appointment. Because materials and workmanship vary, we cannot guarantee repairs on jewelry purchased elsewhere. Additional charges may apply if replacement components are needed, and all outside jewelry must be inspected before service. This appointment is free to reserve, but repair, replacement, or upgrade charges may apply depending on the service needed.
