At Just Breathe, we know life happens — and sometimes your jewelry needs a little love! This appointment allows you to bring your permanent jewelry back for a quick repair or charm exchange. Here’s what this service includes: 🔗 Free Re-Weld: If your bracelet, anklet, or ring has come undone but you still have the chain, we’ll re-weld it at no cost. 💎 Charm Repair or Swap: If a charm (such as a birthstone) is found defective with no wear or tear, you may exchange it for the same charm at no charge. If you’d like to upgrade to a charm of higher value, you’ll just pay the price difference. Charm renewals must be of equal or greater value — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for lower-priced charms. 💫 Lost Jewelry Policy: If your jewelry is lost within 30 days of purchase, you may repurchase the same chain for 50% off. After 30 days, replacement pricing is based on the chain’s tier (Breathe, Balance, Strength, or Radiance). This appointment itself is free, but additional costs may apply depending on the repair or replacement needed. Please note: If you no longer have the original jewelry piece, you’ll need to book a new Permanent Jewelry Appointment instead.
