Permanent Jewelry Booking Policy – Just Breathe by Imari Free Thank you for choosing Just Breathe by Imari Free for your permanent jewelry experience! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable appointment, please review our booking policies below. 📅 Appointments & Cancellations No Booking Fee Charged! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to secure your new desired day/time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited time slot. If you wish to book again, you can do so via the website! ⏳ What to Expect at Your Appointment Each appointment lasts 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of pieces selected. You will choose your preferred chain style and receive a custom fit before the seamless welding process. The welding process is quick, painless, and spark-free—a safe and easy experience! 🔞 Age Requirement Clients must be at least 10 years old to receive permanent jewelry. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Each Client will be given a waiver to sign upon receiving permanent jewelry ⚠️ Health & Safety If you have a pacemaker or medical implant, we advise consulting your doctor before booking. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials, but please inform us of any known metal allergies before your appointment. If you experience any irritation after your appointment, please remove the jewelry immediately and seek medical advice if needed. 💎 Jewelry Care & Repairs Our chains are durable but not indestructible. If your jewelry breaks within 7 days due to faulty welding, we will re-weld it free of charge. If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear and tear or an accident, we offer re-welding services for a small fee. No refunds or exchanges on permanent jewelry, as each piece is custom-fitted. 📍 Location & Arrival Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session. 🎉 Private Parties & Events If you’d like to book a private party or special event, please email the owner with details if you are unsure about the Private Event Booking Policy.
