Each Ready-to-Wear piece is handcrafted to your selected wrist or ankle size after your order is placed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your jewelry to be created before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please double-check your selected size before placing your order. If you're unsure which size to choose, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.
Because every Ready-to-Wear piece is handcrafted to your selected size, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your bracelet or anklet does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer one complimentary size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To begin your exchange, please contact us at info@jstbreathe316.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your original piece. Once received, your jewelry will be resized and shipped back to you at no additional resizing charge.
Exchange requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for complimentary resizing and may be subject to additional service and shipping fees.
